So you guys are struggling to stay busy this winter. In this video, I’m going to show you guys real quick what we are doing to pair Facebook and Google Ads with our system and how it’s keeping our clients, let’s dive in.
Google Ads & Facebook Ads paired with our CRM
So first off, I typically like to run 70% Google Ads to 30% Facebook ads, maybe sometimes 60%, 40%, just depending on your area and what works so whenever you do ads, we always send them to a contact form. These contact forms, we make sure they collect their contact information, but also their interests. So if they’re interested in a lofted barn or maybe a cabin or maybe it’s just a basic storage shed or a carport or something like that. That way we can personalize this next part which is our auto SMS.
Auto SMS brings Speed to Lead
The auto SMS would be like, Hey “John”, I saw you downloaded our contact form and you’re interested in carports. Do you have a specific style or size in mind? And from there it’ll lead to eventually a phone call, or maybe you’ll make the sale all the way through completely over text. The auto SMS helps with speed to lead, so from there the customer’s either going to accept your quote or they’re going to decline your quote.
Retargeting Campaign
Let’s look at what the system does when they decline your quote. They’re going to be automatically added to a retargeting campaign, because you’re going to be able to slide them over into a stage. Which then triggers off the campaign, that will send a special promotion to them after a certain amount of time. This will pull back in those lost leads, typically bringing our clients around 10 to 20% of those lost leads. We’ll bring them back in and they’ll now be a paying customer.
Feedback Request
If they accept your quote, the building is going to get delivered or it’s going to be finished being built. You’ll move them over to that delivered stage or completed stage if you’re building the building. Then they will get sent a feedback request automatically and this feedback request will determine if they are satisfied or not satisfied.
Happy Customers = More sales
If they are not, it’ll notify you to be like, Hey, you need to reach out to this person and resolve the issues that they’re having. If they are satisfied, they’ll be added to a happy customer campaign, which will then lead and bring you more referrals in the post and more returning customers. Happy customers are your best salesmen. So they will go tell their friends and they’ll also know to come back to you, especially in this campaign where we send them a special offer every so often.
New Reviews = Boost Google & SEO
Now that we know they’re satisfied we’re going to push for a new review so it can then boost your GBP page, Google business profile, which then brings you more organic leads. At the end of the day this is what we all want, we want more organic traffic from organic sources. That way we don’t have to solely rely on ads, because ads can cost lots of money each month being hit or miss sometimes and we all know this. The more organic traffic you can get, the better it is for your business.
